MANCHESTER, N.H. (Talk Media News) – Dante J. Scala, associate professor in political science at the University of New Hampshire and author of “Four Faces of the Republican Party: The Fight for the 2016 Presidential Nomination“, spoke with Talk Media New’s Justin Duckham about the conservative vote on Friday.
Scala breaks conservatives into “four faces” — from the extreme right to the centrists. He said that while these voters first choose a primary candidate that “best reflects their values and priorities,” as the field narrows candidates work to “build coalitions” of those voters.
